Brethren, Fellows and Super Fellows,

At our next meeting, Saturday, 7-March-2026 Bryn Athyn Quarry Assemblage will be Initiating New Indentured Apprentices into our Society. (new Members).

Note: As a Proposer you will be cc’d on your Candidates Invitation and upon his acceptance or regrets to the Invitation and upon receipt of his Fee of Honour. It is your responsibility to communicate to your Proposed Candidate to confirm his receipt of the Invitation, his acceptance or regrets, and his payment of the Fee of Honour.

BAQ is now accepting proposals for membership to become Indentured Apprentices at our March meeting. (Saturday 7-March-2026)

Any II° member of the Society can propose a Brother for membership in our Society. The procedure we have in BAQ for this has been in place for many years and has not changed (much) since the beginning.

As a semi-invitational body you are permitted to speak to Brothers concerning the Society, however, one can not guarantee membership upon their Proposal.
Any member who wishes to propose a Brother for membership is required to submit the following;

Please note: Any submissions not containing ALL of the above information will not be accepted and returned to the Proposer for completion.

The schedule is as follows:
– Proposals will be accepted from now until 1-December-2025
– Members will be distributed a list of Proposed Candidates and will have until 15-December-2025 for any comment or objection
– Invitation to Membership will be sent 1-January-2026
– Proposed Candidates have until 1-February-2026 to accept the Invitation and for receipt of their Fee of Indenture
– BAQ will Indenture new Apprentices 7-March-2026

Regular Meetings are held on the first Saturday in March, the fourth Saturday in June and the second Saturday in October. Meetings typically start at 10:00 AM and are followed by a Festive Board lunch, but please contact the Clerk to confirm details.

If you plan to visit with us from out of town, it may be of possible additional interest to you that:
Susquehanna Court No. 2 of the Masonic Order of Athelstan meets in the same location in the afternoon following our March and October regular meetings and on the Friday evening before our June Regular Meeting.
The Jordan Chapel No. 15 of the Commemorative Order of Saint Thomas of Acon meets on the Friday evening before our March and October Regular Meetings.

FOOTING CORNER STONE FUND
The Footing Corner Stone Fund (FCSF) was established by the Grand Assemblage to assist the Order with the purchase and upkeep of a headquarters building. It has various levels of contribution which can be accomplished over time, Donor ($75), Subscriber ($150), Benefactor ($225), Patron ($375) and Grand Patron ($750) and Great Corner Stone ($1250) at each level you are awarded a jewel to showcase your contribution and continued support to our Worshipful Society.
